BIM Modeling and Management
LUNAKO generates a 3D digital model (Architecture, Structure and MEP)
Prior to the modeling tasks, the team details a BEP (BIM Execution Plan), in said document the following are defined:

We inspect the model, detect conflicts or design problems and eliminate most errors prior to construction to avoid unnecessary cost overruns, extra work and security issues.
Scan to BIM
In the case of an existing building, we provide a scan-to-BIM service to generate a virtual copy of the building, the digital twin. We scan the building and create a BIM model from a 3D point cloud, integrating the required construction and operational information into the model.
Implementation BIM
We provide team and knowledge to companies that want to include the BIM methodology in their business model and services.
Through an effective process of Advice - Training - Implementation, Lunako supports companies with the transfer of knowledge and the application of the BIM tool in daily work. The specific BIM processes are documented in a protocol manual so that all the members involved can access it.
